We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
For hygiene and fit reasons, items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, washing, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
